Bonnets have a Cafe downstairs with outside courtyard seating and a table service restaurant upstairs.

Bonnets & Sons was established in 1880 by Louis Bonnet and was bought by the present owners family in 1959. The present owner, John Fairbank, started learning about chocolate when aged 12 on weekends and holidays.


John took over running the business himself in 1974 and the business now consists of a Café, upstairs Restaurant, Chocolate Shop, Chocolate Factory and Bakery.

Our food is all homemade, traditional British cuisine, made using the finest local ingredients.
